spacr.qt.widgets.gate_search_panel

Inline hyperparameter search controls for interactive gate exploration.

Controls read and write GateEditorSettings, keeping the inline panel and modal settings dialog synchronized. The panel contains DBSCAN parameters and walk controls used during gate search. Projection hyperparameters remain in the settings dialog’s xD tab, where they are configured once per table beside their column picker.

DBSCAN’s parameters and the Walk toggle, live beside the plot.

Parameters:

parent – parent widget.

Build the clustering search controls.

Parameters:

parent – parent widget, or None.

apply_settings(settings) → None

Take the screen’s settings and show them.

Signals are muted while loading: setting a spin box fires valueChanged, and a load would otherwise report every control as freshly edited by the user and write the values it just read back out.

Parameters:

settings – the screen’s settings object; its cluster_eps, cluster_min_samples, cluster_scale, cluster_walk and cluster_walk_steps attributes are shown, with defaults for any that are missing. It is also kept for later edits.
