spacr.qt.widgets.psf_controls

Calibrated, asynchronous PSF configuration for Make Masks enhancement.

The calibration fills itself. A microscope objective, camera and fluorophore chooser, or “Infer from images…”, fills magnification, numerical aperture, refractive index, emission wavelength, camera pixel, image pixel size and Gaussian FWHM, each field saying where its value came from. Only the operation and the objective row are shown; the rest sits in a fold that starts collapsed and remembers being opened.
